Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

 

Author Guidelines

The Author Guidelines set out for authors the bibliographic and formatting standards used for items submitted to the journal (Chicago Manual of Style). It provides examples of the common citation formats for journals and books to be used in submissions and iidentifies the types of appropriate Supplementary Files (e.g., data-sets, research instruments, etc.) which authors are strongly encouraged to upload, in addition to their submission.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor during the web-based submission process).
  2. The submission file is in plaintext, RTF, Microsoft Word, Open Office / Libre Office or iWork Pages format. PDF submissions are not accepted!
  3. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in Chicago Manual of Style.

  4. Where necessary, permission has been received (and acknowledged in the text) for reproducing images and other rights relevant material.

Authors who publish with this journal agree to the following terms:


  1. Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.

  2.
